The System Safety Engineer will support aircraft development through certification and into service, by generating and reviewing system safety assessments and analyses and interfacing with other departments. The System Safety Engineer will report functionally to the Senior System Safety Engineer. Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $81,600-$180,200. The compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
