Join our dynamic and growing team at Joby as a Total Rewards Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and aligned with our evolving business needs. Your focus will be roughly 80% on compensation and 20% on benefits, including evolving compensation strategies as we grow, working alongside the team performing pay reviews, and overseeing the growth of our benefits program with a focus on compliance, effectiveness, and scalability. As we transition from manual processes to technology-driven solutions, your expertise in HRIS implementation and ability to manage a small team will be invaluable.
The target base pay for this position is $110,000 - $180,000/year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
