Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized, passionate leader to join our actuator testing team. The team lead test engineer has responsibility for laboratory tests of flight critical servo actuation components and subsystems for electric VTOL aircraft. The data collected during these tests will inform the company’s hardware design efforts and pave the way to type certification and beyond. The Joby Aviation team is made up of extremely talented, hardworking, proactive, and hands-on individuals, operating in a very fast-paced and rewarding environment. Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $148,600 - $198,200/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
