The Operations Manager will be responsible for much of the day to day communications and coordination between Joby and Avionyx as well as managing and coordinating contractual and certification-related information flow between Joby and designated Key Supplier Accounts. This position will report functionally to the Avionyx General Manager but is expected to have a dotted line relationship to the Joby Head of Software or their designee for the purposes of ensuring close coordination of software activities at Joby S4 suppliers inclusive of Avionyx. The most important traits for this position include overall attitude and work ethic, ability to self-manage, be well-organized, and a clear communicator.

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay, bonus, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $162,500 - $216,700/year. The compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
