This position will be in our Santa Cruz, CA location, and will actively work with the Cabin and Equipment team at Joby Aviation, including design, analysis, loads, methods and allowables, systems engineering, system safety, manufacturing, supply chain, flight test, certification and more. This role will operate in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding environment with high expectations for individual contribution.
The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the Integrated Product Team aligned with aircraft systems in all programmatic aspects. They are responsible for creation of the high level and detailed plans to execute on the Type Certification program for the system and for driving the team in execution of the plan.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $146,900 - $195,800/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
