As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on the airframe manufacturing team you will play a key role in the scale up of Joby's high volume aircraft production line. You will help the Joby team develop and implement the processes, tools, and ideas required to scale up from several aircraft per year to hundreds of aircraft per year. This role will require you to not only develop tools and processes, but also contribute to the overall vision of a flying rideshare service by thinking beyond the confines of the traditional aerospace industry and re-imagining the possibilities of aviation.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $140,200 - $185,000/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
