The Front Desk Administrator will oversee the front desk of our San Carlos office.
Greet and welcome guests and ensure that the check-in is handled in accordance with company policy
Keep the front desk area and guest lounge clean and organized
Support various other departments (health, facilities, HR) requests onsite
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
Coordinate security access for employees and vendors
Organize office supplies and manage inventory
1+ years of experience in a customer service role
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms) and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proactive, resourceful, and have strong attention to detail
High school graduate or equivalent
Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in Business or Business Administration preferred
Savvy in basic IT
The target base pay for this position is $21-$23/hr.
