Joby Aviation is seeking its first of a kind Fleet Reliability Engineer to support the operational excellence of Joby Aviation’s eVTOL fleet. As a Fleet Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our aircraft fleet. This role involves monitoring fleet performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and driving solutions that enhance reliability and availability.

Location: 2-3 days in Marina, CA to collaborate with the Flight Test, Operations and Maintenance team, other days flexible between Santa Cruz or San Carlos locations.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $128,600 - $207,000 yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
