The Facilities Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and improving building operations. This position involves performing maintenance tasks across various fields, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical systems, ventilation, heating, cooling, and masonry. Responsibilities include general preventive maintenance, repairs, and additional duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, nonexempt hourly position reporting to the Facilities Manager. The standard hours for this role are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Technician will work onsite primarily at our San Carlos facility with work from our Concord Facility one day a week or as needed.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $35-$40/hour. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
