We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Composites Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, focusing on the production of high-performance aircraft propeller blades. The successful candidate will bring expertise in composite lamination, resin transfer molding (RTM), and structural adhesive bonding to optimize manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and meet stringent aerospace standards. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and operations, to drive innovation and efficiency in composite manufacturing.

The target base pay for this position is $68,200 - $136,800 per year salary. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
