- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Specialist (CIS) or IPC-A-610 Certified Specialist (CIS).
- Three or more years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or inspection of aerospace wire harnesses or cable assemblies.
- Hands-on experience with automated wire processing equipment, such as crimping presses and wire stripping machines.
- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting electrical acceptance tests, including continuity, insulation resistance, and high-potential (hi-pot) testing.
- Previous experience working in AS9100-certified or FAA-regulated production environments.
- Knowledge of FAA regulatory requirements
- Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing and Green Belt certification
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
- Familiarity with complex Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $100,100 - $161,300 per year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
