Joby Aviation is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Support and Services Program Manager to join our growing Aftermarket Support Engineering Team with a focus on developing our OEM Support and Services Catalogue as we prepare for the commercial launch of our S4 aircraft program. The position will be in our Santa Cruz, CA location. The role will actively work cross functionally with teams in Joby aviation including engineering, operations, product and sales to successfully deploy aftermarket services.
The Aftermarket Support and Services Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional activities including:
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $111,300 - $148,400 annually. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
