Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized, passionate Production Supervisor to join our powertrain and electronics team to lead the battery, non-propulsion motor and actuator lines for our VTOL electric aircraft. The ideal candidate knows how to setup production technicians to succeed at safety, quality, and quantity with focus, motivation, and joy. The role works cross-functionally with safety, quality, planning, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, supply chain, and more teams. The role operates in a fast paced and rewarding environment with high expectations for individual and team contribution.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $82,700 - $145,200 per year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
