Overview

Joby is looking for an experienced People Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations and business processing for a growing organization. Detail-oriented, tech-savvy and fully comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, the People Operations Analyst is a critical part of the People Systems team. This role is crucial in executing existing operational processes, maintaining high service levels, and process optimization. This role will be based in our Santa Cruz, CA location.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection and storage of globally dispersed team members
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and holistic people and job data updates for new hires, job changes, and terminations of team members
  • Identify opportunities to scale operational tasks and requirements
  • Create new and streamline, simplify, and automate existing processes
  • Perform regular data audits, reviews, and reconciliations
  • Support ad hoc people and job data reporting and analytics
  • Monitor automated system integrations and notifications
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as requested

Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume HR operation or a related function
  • Experience working with HRIS tools and applications
  • Ability to resolve escalated issues and problems quickly, efficiently, and independently
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired

  • Experience with Pave, Power Automation, Power BI, and ADP Workforce Now, Lattice, and iCIMS
  • Experience in a high growth company
  • Familiarity with SOX/ audit controls

 

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $68,640-$104,000/yr. The compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
