Joby is seeking a skilled professional to join our team and mentor others in the design of hardware. This includes the assembly, installation, and validation and verification testing of flight-critical components and systems. This individual will work closely with the Airframe and Actuators, Systems, Propulsion and Avionics, and Software teams to capture the nuances of the components, system architectures, and operating conditions that define the design requirements for these projects.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $105,600 - $177,000/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
