As a Technical Writer, you will be part of a fast scaling Technical Publications team responsible for the quality, clarity, and accuracy of the documentation for the technologies related to an aircraft product.
Please note that this is a technical writing position and not a UX writing position.
You will execute multiple review processes for certification documents, assist SMEs in writing content, and provide ad hoc editorial and authoring tools expertise to writers across Joby. You will update, enhance, and reorganize existing documents. You will also assist in defining and improving documentation standards and processes.
Please still apply if you don’t meet all items in the desired section! Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse and effective workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
