As a Counsel, Labor & Employment, you'll play a key role in navigating complex matters. You'll collaborate closely across the Legal and People teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advise on a wide range of issues related to employment, labor, and benefits. You will serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, working on fast-moving, high-impact matters every day. Success in this role means building strong relationships across the business and delivering timely, pragmatic guidance that both identifies and mitigates risk—enabling the company to move quickly and confidently.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $153,000 - $204,100/yr. The compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
