Joby Overview

At Joby Aviation, we're pioneering a new era of sustainable, electric air transportation, and we're looking for talented Technicians and Wire Harness Fabricators to help bring this vision to life. If you're passionate about hands-on work, take pride in doing things right, and are excited by the idea of contributing to a team building the next generation of aircraft, we want to hear from you.

As a member of our Electrical Systems Integration team, you’ll play a key role in assembling and installing the critical electrical systems that power Joby's revolutionary aircraft. These systems are the heart of our technology, and your work will directly contribute to the success of our mission.

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Enjoy working with their hands and solving problems
  • Take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship
  • Are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Want to be part of a team working on something truly transformative

We're not just building aircraft, we're building a future where quiet, clean, electric flight is accessible to everyone. Our electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft are designed to lift off like a helicopter, transition to fast, efficient winged flight, and land vertically near your destination — saving time, reducing emissions, and eliminating traffic congestion.

Overview

At Joby, you'll be part of a tight-knit, passionate team that works hard, collaborates closely, and genuinely enjoys what we do. We’re driven by our shared goal of changing the way the world moves, and we’re doing it together.
