As a driving force behind standardizing, documenting, and leading training activities, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to build the future of air transportation through preparing technicians for OJT thru area-specific hands-on knowledge, skills, and continuous improvement training.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $66,560- $89,400 per year salary. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
