Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.
Joby Aviation seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Test Engineering team, supporting the development of test systems used to validate flight-critical hardware and aircraft systems. This role is instrumental in designing and implementing the systems required for structural, environmental, and functional testing of safety-critical components in our electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
You will contribute directly to ensuring that the data collected from these test platforms informs design decisions and supports certification milestones. Our environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and highly collaborative—ideal for individuals passionate about aerospace innovation.
