We are seeking a talented Senior Counsel Corporate M&A attorney with 4-7 years of experience in public company M&A transactions. This individual will join a lean in-house team and will work on a variety of domestic and international M&A work and other corporate and commercial matters. The successful candidate is someone who embodies curiosity and passion and will embrace the opportunity to work in the novel tech field of next generation electric aviation.
You will play a central role in a variety of M&A and corporate transactions including domestic and cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions, and strategic partnership deals. You will work closely with other members of the legal team, as well as working directly with the Company’s business development team and other stakeholders across the Company. Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $184,000 - $241,000/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
