Joby Aviation is seeking a skilled Sr. Technical Recruiter to help scale hiring in our Powertrain & Electronics division. You will own the recruitment process end to end and collaborate with key stakeholders onsite to streamline hiring performance. This role will support the team focused on the software that controls our electric propulsion units, battery management systems and high-performance flight computers (to name a few key functions).
The ideal candidate has a deep background recruiting for complex tech stacks found in Electric Vehicles (EV), Autonomous Vehicles (AV), advanced Automotive Power-Electronics or comparable eVTOL projects. You understand that hiring for eVTOL requires a unique blend of aerospace rigor and automotive-scale innovation.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $101,500 - $173,100/year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
