This is a junior-level, hands-on creative role for someone early in their career who has a deep love for storytelling, a curiosity about aviation and engineering, and a desire to grow alongside a fast-moving team during a pivotal moment in Joby’s journey.
You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation: capturing, editing, and finishing photo, video, and audio content across social, brand, communications, employer brand, and podcast channels. This is a great opportunity to have front-row access to flight testing, manufacturing, and the people building the future of transportation.
This hire will play a central role in shaping how our stories are told—owning post-production while also being a primary on-site shooter and audio producer.
Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will work closely with in-house creatives and cross-functional partners, learning how to build a scalable, high-quality content operation as Joby’s storytelling footprint grows significantly.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $80,700 - $111,000/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
