At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.

This full-time role is located onsite in Dayton, Ohio.

● Develop effective relationships with team members and team leads to promote positive employee relations throughout the organization to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement
● Investigate employee relations issues, ensure all cases are accurately documented and compliant with company policy and relevant labor laws
● Assist with employee relations special projects
● Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment in alignment with company policies and labor laws
● Apply specialized knowledge to resolve more complex issues related to conflict resolution, corrective action, and performance management
● Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and processes
● Plan, coordinate, and execute People-related events, including but not limited to employee engagement programs and other campus events
● Serve as a subject matter expert on all things HR in Ohio
● Assist with compensation, benefits, recruiting, and leave administration, as needed
