We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Internal Audit & SOX to lead and evolve Joby’s SOX program with a strong emphasis on business process controls, while partnering effectively with IT, Security, and Development teams. This role will manage SOX 404 activities end-to-end, drive remediation and continuous improvement, and serve as a key liaison to external auditors and cross-functional stakeholders. The role will also be responsible for day-to-day oversight of our co- source provider, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and strong alignment with Joby’s risk posture and operating model.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $165,000/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
