Joby Flight Research designs, develops, and flight-tests novel aircraft using a software-first autonomy approach. We build and deploy autonomy, perception, planning, and radar systems across conventional, electric, and hydrogen-electric aircraft in both CTOL and VTOL configurations.
As a Flight Test Integration Engineer at our Concord, CA site, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and airborne operations. Reporting to the Flight Test Lead, you will ensure our flight test aircraft are configured, equipped, and ready for mission success. This is a role where you will apply technical expertise to solve integration challenges, support international deployments, and execute testing with a high degree of autonomy. This role is primarily on-site to support active testing, builds, and flight operations, with occasional flexibility for remote work.

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $97,600 - $134,200/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
