We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Conformity Coordinator Lead to join our Airworthiness Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Airworthiness Team in ensuring the compliance aspects of the aircraft are completed, contributing to the overall airworthiness of our fleet. This position will work hand in hand with multi-disciplinary teams, including manufacturing and quality, to assure the aircraft meets the standards required for conformity and maintain configuration during the aircraft’s build and flight testing.
The Conformity Coordinator Lead will focus primarily on assuring the aircraft achieves its airworthiness expectations, aircraft configuration control, and maintaining conformity. In addition to all individual contributor responsibilities, this role provides leadership, mentorship, and direction to the Conformity
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $158,600 - $256,250. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
