We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and politically savvy Senior Federal Affairs Advisor to support and grow Joby Aviation’s Washington, D.C. government affairs presence. This individual will report to and work alongside the Head of Federal Affairs to execute day-to-day engagement with Congress, federal agencies, and key advocacy coalitions, advancing Joby’s interests in advanced air mobility, defense, transportation, and emerging technology policy.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $130,500-229,100/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
