Joby Aviation is seeking an Equipment Engineering Manager to make the machines that make our aircraft. You’ll lead a growing team of mechanical engineers, controls engineers, and high-skill build technicians to advance the safety, quality, and throughput of our production lines. The role spans atoms and bits, making the next generation of Powertrain & Electronics Manufacturing’s physical and digital connected machines. The ideal candidate knows equipment engineering is a partner to manufacturing engineers and manufacturing test engineers to set up production to succeed. Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $152,400 - $236,100/year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
