This individual will possess a strong understanding of flight test, aircraft operations, and Safety Management System. They will work with the Flight Test Team on a daily basis to provide input to and oversight of safety processes and decisions. They must be able to investigate incidents, determine if corrective actions are required, and ensure accountability for those actions. The position is located in Marina, California in the Monterey/Santa Cruz region and requires regular travel to offsite test locations.
