They will select and implement HR technology, oversee our data collection and storage practices, provide superuser support for our human resources systems, and conduct periodic audits to ensure secure and accurate people data. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with leading large projects involving several stakeholders, HRIS selection and implementation, data feeds and imports, integrations across multiple platforms, data audits, and exposure to core human resources software, such as payroll processing and applicant tracking systems. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of our HR systems.

Joby Aviation is looking for engineers experienced with civil aviation certification to join our growing team in the role of a Systems Engineer focused on Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS). The Systems Engineer will coordinate between the various departments - EWIS Engineering, Airframe Engineering, Electrical Engineering, System Safety, Flight Test, Manufacturing, Operations - as necessary to ensure the technical success of wiring and electrical systems. This role will serve as one of the internal Subject Matter Experts as well as a primary external point of contact with regulatory agencies and industry standards groups for aircraft, system, and equipment-level aspects of wiring and electrical systems.
